1. Promoter & Legal Entity
1.1 This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by George Auto
Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 87 583 682 797), located at 8 Cherry Hills
Court, Sunbury, Victoria, Australia (“the Promoter”).
1.2 This is a Trade Promotion Giveaway, conducted for the purpose
of promoting George Auto merchandise and community
engagement through the sale of merchandise, which include free
promotional entries to win the Prize Vehicle.
1.3 The Promotion is governed under applicable Australian
Consumer and Trade Promotion regulations.
1.4 The Promoter holds NSW Trade Promotion Permit No. TP/04796.
No permit is issued or valid for South Australia or A.C.T. as
residents from these states are not eligible to enter.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or
older.
2.2 Eligible States/Territories: VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, TAS, W.A.
2.3 Excluded States/Territories: Residents of South Australia and
ACT are NOT eligible to participate due to regulatory restrictions.
2.4 Entrants must hold a valid Australian delivery address.
2.5 Employees of George Auto Group Pty Ltd, and immediate
family members are not eligible to enter.
2.6 Entrants must provide accurate contact details including full
name, phone number, and email upon purchase.
3. Entry Mechanism
3.1 To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase Merchandise
via www.georgeauto.com.au/fg
3.2 Each merchandise purchase grants the customer a set number
of free promotional entries, clearly displayed on the website at the
time of purchase.
3.3 Entrants may purchase multiple merchandise items to receive
additional entries, until the entry cap is reached.
3.4 Maximum Entrants Strictly Limited to 3,000. Once 3,000 unique
entrants have successfully purchased merchandise, entries will
close immediately, and no further purchases will count towards the
Promotion.
3.5 Any purchases made after the 3,000-entrant limit is reached will
not receive entries, and the Promoter reserves the right to refund or
process the transaction without giveaway entry.
3.6 Each entry allocated to an entrant represents one chance to win in the draw. Entrants who receive multiple entries, as displayed on the promotion page at www.georgeauto.com.au/fg, will have multiple chances to be selected. The entrant cap of 3,000 refers to the maximum number of unique participants, not the total number of entries issued.

4. Promotion Period & Draw Conditions
4.1 Entries Open: 18th of December 2025 at 12:01AM AEST.
4.2 Entry period automatically closes upon reaching the 3,000
entrant cap, or at the latest 3rd of January 2026 at 9:00PM AEST,
whichever occurs first.
4.3 Draw Date: The official draw will take place on 3rd of January
2026 9:30PM AEST, broadcast LIVE via the George Auto YouTube
Channel.
4.4 The draw will be conducted using verified third-party software
RandomPicker, ensuring fairness and transparency.4.5 In the event that technical issues delay the draw livestream, the
draw will still be executed at a later date to be announced.
4.6 Entrants do not need to be present to win but are encouraged
to watch the livestream.

5. The Prize Vehicle
5.1 The prize is a 2010 Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo 50th Anniversary
Edition, heavily modified and custom-built, approximate market
value $49,999 AUD (“Prize Vehicle”).
5.2 The Prize Vehicle is supplied without a Roadworthy Certificate
or registration.
5.3 This vehicle has performance modifications and is configured
for high-power/track-capable use.
5.4 Winner Setup Choice: The winner may choose one of the
following delivery conditions:
•Track Setup (As-Is): Vehicle is delivered in its current high-power,
modified configuration. In this case, standard OEM parts required
for road registration will not be included or fitted.
•Street Configuration Option: The winner may request the vehicle
to be partially reverted to near or close to standard form which will
include the standard cat-back system and components to assist
road registration. This setup will reduce performance and
modification level. Will not included parts such as the Haltech ECU
and accessories and or any parts that are not permitted for road
use.
5.5 Roadworthy, registration, engineering approvals, emissions
compliance, insurance, or licensing are the sole responsibility of
the winner.
5.6 The Promoter makes no guarantee that the vehicle will pass
registration in any state, especially in modified form.5.7 No cash alternative or substitution is available. The Prize
Vehicle is not redeemable for money, credit, or swap.
5.8 The car is over 15 years old (2010) and may have reasonable
wear and tear for this age of vehicle, such as interior wear and tear,
paint imperfections, scratches etc.

6. Delivery & Insurance
6.1 Australia-wide delivery is covered by the Promoter, including
remote regions.
6.2 The vehicle will be delivered to the winner’s nominated
Australian address or made available for pickup for a mutually
agreed location.
6.3 From the moment the vehicle is either collected or handed to
the freight carrier, all liability, risk, legal responsibility, insurance,
and compliance transfers fully to the winner.
6.4 The winner is responsible for insurance in their own name
effective immediately from the moment of the keys handover.

7. Winner Announcement & Validation
7.1 The winner will be selected at random using RandomPicker
software via a live stream on YouTube (George Auto Channel).
7.2 The winner will be contacted by phone immediately after the
winner is announced and if not contact can be made again within
48 hours.
7.3 If the winner fails to respond within 14 days, the Promoter
reserves the right to redraw.
7.4 The winner will be required to present photo ID and may need
to sign a Prize Acceptance & Liability Waiver Form, acknowledging
the high-performance nature of the vehicle and modifications.⸻
8. Media, Filming & Promotional Use
8.1 By entering, all entrants agree that George Auto may film,
photograph, and publish the draw, winner reaction, vehicle
handover, and build features across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram,
Facebook, and promotional channels.
8.2 The winner agrees to reasonable media participation, including
being filmed collecting the vehicle and/or featuring in content
relating to the build.
8.3 All footage becomes the property of George Auto and may be
used indefinitely without additional compensation.

9. Liability, Disclaimer & Indemnity
9.1 The Prize Vehicle is a performance-modified car intended for
motorsport or enthusiast use.
9.2 By claiming the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts
that modified vehicles carry increased mechanical, safety,
registration, and insurance risks.
9.3 The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss, damage,
registration failure, defect, compliance refusal, engineering
requirement, defect notice, or mechanical failure arising from use or
misuse of the vehicle.
9.4 All responsibility for ongoing maintenance, tuning, emissions
legality, defect clearance and road use compliance lies solely with
the winner.
9.5 Entrants indemnify George Auto from all claims arising from
participation in this Promotion.

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent10.1 By entering, participants consent to receiving emails, SMS
updates, marketing announcements, and future giveaway
notifications from George Auto and may be offered other products
after the initial purchase.
10.2 Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
10.3 Personal data will not be sold or shared beyond what is
required for administering this Promotion.

11. Disputes & Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
11.2 Any disputes arising will be handled under Victorian Civil and
Consumer standards.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that
appears fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

By purchasing merchandise and entering the Promotion, entrants
declare that they:
• Have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
• Understand the Prize Vehicle condition and registration
disclaimer.
• Acknowledge media and promotional rights usage by George
Auto Group Pty Ltd.
• Accept that the draw is final and binding once executed via
RandomPicker.
