G-Auto Group Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the G-Auto Group (“the Group”), including all subscription levels, courses, content access, and accumulating entries into giveaways. By subscribing, purchasing, or accessing any services provided by George Auto Group, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 George Auto Group Pty Ltd offers members ongoing access to an exclusive online community, extra exclusive video content, and accumulating entries into promotional giveaways.

1.2 Membership is structured as a recurring monthly subscription with no fixed contracts. You may cancel at any time.

1.3 By subscribing, you acknowledge that the Group, its content, giveaways, and pricing may be updated, changed, or cancelled at the discretion of G-Auto without prior notice.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Each subscription level includes ongoing access to the community plus varying levels of benefits:

Cruise Pass – AUD $9/month
- Group Access Level 1
- Access to selected video content
- 1 monthly entry accumulating every month you stay subscribed
Enthusiast Pass – AUD $29/month
- Group Access Level 2
- Access to selected video content, and group discussions
- 15 monthly accumulating entries into all active and future giveaways
Boosted Pass – AUD $49/month
- Group Access Level 3
- Full access to community, videos and priority content
- 50 monthly accumulating entries into all active and future giveaways
Platinum Pass – AUD $97/month
- Group Access Level 4
- Premium access to community, chat with George and Video content
- 250 monthly accumulating entries into all active and future giveaways

Note:

“Accumulating entries” means your monthly entries are added to your account each billing cycle and remain valid for future eligible giveaways, unless otherwise stated.
Entries are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable.

3. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

3.1 Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method you provide.

3.2 Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change at any time without notice.

3.3 If you cancel, your access to the G-Auto Group and associated benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After this date, access will cease along with your accumulated giveaway entries.

3.4 No refunds, credits, or prorated charges will be issued for cancelled memberships, unless required by law.

3.5 George Auto reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, breach of these Terms, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

4. Giveaways & Trade Promotions

4.1 By subscribing, you gain entries into promotional giveaways run by George Auto. Each subscription tier provides a fixed number of accumulating entries monthly, as outlined above.

4.2 All giveaways are conducted as trade promotions in compliance with applicable laws. Winners are selected at random through approved systems.

4.3 George Auto makes no guarantees regarding winning odds, which are determined solely by the number of eligible entries.

4.4 Giveaways may be cancelled, modified, or suspended at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.5 Entry accumulation resets if your subscription lapses not paid on time or is terminated.

4.6 South Australia and Australian Capital Territory members WILL NOT have access to the trade promotion giveaways, but only access to our online skool community, we do not have permits to legally operate in your states

5. Access to Content & Community

5.1 Members will receive ongoing access to G-Auto skool Group , and chat defined by their membership tier.

5.2 Access levels (Level 1–4) may change over time. G-Auto reserves the right to add, remove, or adjust features, courses, or benefits without prior notice.

5.3 Content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. No guarantee of financial, business, or mechanical outcomes is implied.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 By joining, you acknowledge that car projects, modifications, restorations, and related activities carry inherent risks. George Auto is not responsible for damages, injuries, costs, or losses resulting from reliance on community advice, content, or giveaway prizes.

6.2 All vehicles, prizes, or credits given away may have imperfections, defects, or require additional work. Prizes are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated.

6.3 George Auto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership, giveaways, or use of the Group.

7. General Terms

7.1 Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

7.2 George Auto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

7.3 By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

Memberships may be altered, suspended, or cancelled without prior notice.
Giveaway mechanics, entry allocations, and promotional rules may be modified at George Autos discretion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your subscription payments remain current.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
