The Promoter is George Auto Group Pty Ltd (ABN 87 583 682 797) (“Promoter”).
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion commences on 28 May 2026 at 12:00am AEST and closes on 27 June 2026 at 8:00pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).
The draw will be conducted on Sunday 28 June 2026 at 8:00pm AEST live on the George Auto YouTube Channel.
The Promotion is strictly limited to a maximum of one thousand (1,000) entrants.
Should the maximum entrant limit be reached prior to the advertised closing date, the Promotion will close immediately.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over residing in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter unless otherwise permitted by law.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members and associated entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase an eligible product, membership, merchandise item or service through the official George Auto website during the Promotion Period.
Eligible purchases will receive the number of promotional entries displayed at the point of sale.
The Promoter may offer bonus entry multipliers, including but not limited to 2x, 5x, 10x or 20x entries during the Promotion Period.
All entry allocations are final and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
No refunds will be provided once entries have been allocated except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
The Prize consists of:
One (1) 1985 Ford XF Falcon GL motor vehicle.
Estimated Prize Value: Approximately AUD $9,000.
The vehicle is a used motor vehicle and may contain reasonable wear and tear consistent with its age.
The Promoter may undertake repairs, servicing, detailing, restoration work, cosmetic improvements or mechanical upgrades to the vehicle during the Promotion Period.
The Promoter reserves the right to improve or increase the value of the Prize at any time before the draw.
The vehicle is awarded in its condition at the time of handover.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner acknowledges and accepts that:
• The vehicle is over forty (40) years old;
• Minor cosmetic, mechanical or age-related imperfections may exist;
• The vehicle is not supplied with any warranty beyond rights provided under applicable law;
• The Promoter makes no representation regarding future performance, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The vehicle will be supplied unregistered:
The winner is responsible for:
• Registration costs;
• Transfer fees;
• Stamp duty;
• Insurance;
• Maintenance;
• Fuel and operating costs;
• Any costs incurred after ownership transfer.
Any taxation consequences, duties, levies or financial obligations arising from acceptance of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Entrants should seek independent financial advice if required.
The draw will take place on Sunday 28 June 2026 at 8:00pm AEST.
The draw will be conducted live on the George Auto YouTube Channel using verified random selection software.
All valid entries received before the closing date will be included.
The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the winner.
The winner will be:
• Announced live during the draw;
• Contacted via telephone, email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner’s name may also be published on the George Auto website and social media platforms.
The winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.
If the winner:
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Declines the Prize; or
• Fails to claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days;
the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
The redraw date will be announced through official George Auto channels.
The Promoter will arrange and pay for standard vehicle transport anywhere within Australia.
The winner must provide a suitable delivery address and cooperate with transport arrangements.
Ownership transfer will be completed in accordance with applicable state or territory laws.
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities associated with the Promotion including photographs, videos, interviews and social media content.
The winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
The winner’s residential address will not be disclosed publicly.
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and conducting future marketing activities.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the George Auto Privacy Policy.
The Promoter does not sell personal information to third parties.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
If the Promotion cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, civil unrest or other unforeseen events, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or recommence the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Tampers with the entry process;
• Attempts to manipulate the outcome of the Promotion;
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide identification, proof of age, proof of residence or other documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered in connection with the Promotion or Prize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights and remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, update or vary these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for the proper conduct of the Promotion.
Any updates will be published through official George Auto channels.
The Promoter will retain records relating to the Promotion, entries and draw results for a minimum period of twelve (12) months following completion of the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
