1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the George Auto $10,000 Credit Giveaway (the “Promotion”), promoted by George Auto Group Pty Ltd (ABN: [87 583 682 797, of 8 cherry hills court Sunbury Victoria (“Promoter”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. This is a Trade Promotion, to promote George Auto Merchandise and the G-AUTO online community: registered NSW PERMIT NO: TP/04796
2. Promotion Period
•Promotion opens: 17th December 2025
•Promotion closes: 28th June 2026 8:00pm
•Draw date: 29th June 2026 9:30pm (LIVE ON YOUTUBE CHANNEL)
•Prize available for use: 60 Days after the draw date (August 29th)
•The winner will be notified by phone/email within 48 hours and announced live on “George Auto” YouTube channel
3. Eligibility
•Open to Australian residents aged 18+ only.
•Employees (and immediate family) of the Promoter are ineligible.
•Must purchase access to G Auto group or merchandise, (via the website) comply with group rules, and provide correct details.
– Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Tasmania eligible ONLY.
-Ineligible for prize credit: South Australia and A.C.T. Residence
4. How to Enter
•Purchase G AUTO membership access or merchandise to be in the draw via www.georgeauto.com.au for free entries to win the credit.
•Each entry = see website for details on access packages.
•Bonus entries may be provided during promotional periods as advertised and other offers after purchase may be offered also.
•All entries must contain valid, accurate contact details.
5. Prize Details
•Prize: $10,000 credit (if GST is applicable, it is included in the $10,000) to be used at George Auto for Ford or Holden vehicles only.
•Credit can be used for:
– Paint, panel, rust repair
– Engine, transmission, performance upgrades
– Purchase of a Ford or Holden vehicle through George Auto
– Labour, parts, and project management
– Any work arranged via George Auto, including work carried out by trusted partner workshops
•Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
•Credit must be used by December 1st, 2026.
•Any remaining credit after this date is forfeited.
6. Usage Rules & Clauses
•GST: If GST is applicable, it is included in the $10,000 prize credit.
•Credit is only valid for Ford or Holden vehicles or parts.
•Credit can be used for work on a single vehicle or split between multiple vehicles, at the discretion of George Auto.
•Credit may be applied towards a vehicle purchase, subject to availability, pricing, and a standard George Auto vehicle sale contract.
•Works can include paint, panel, rust repairs, engine, transmission or performance work, interior or electrical work, and the purchase or supply of parts, all subject to George Auto’s approval and scheduling.
•All work must be booked and scheduled with reasonable notice; jobs will be completed in line with George Auto’s usual queue, except in emergencies or if fast-tracking is agreed in writing.
•Any additional work or purchases that exceed the $10,000 (including GST) credit will be at the winner’s own cost (if agreed prior by the car owner of course), and paid prior to collection or delivery.
•Transport Costs:
Transport of the winner’s vehicle(s) to and from George Auto’s workshop/warehouse can be covered using the prize credit, subject to available balance. Alternatively, if the credit is exhausted or if preferred, the winner may arrange and pay for transport at their own cost. All transport arrangements must be approved and scheduled with George Auto in advance.
•Parts Availability:
Due to the age and rarity of some Ford and Holden vehicles, certain parts may be difficult or impossible to source, may require extended lead times, or may only be available as used/reconditioned items. George Auto will use all reasonable efforts to locate and procure necessary parts, but is not responsible for delays, availability issues, or price fluctuations of third-party parts. In cases where specific parts cannot be sourced, alternative solutions (such as fabrication, substitution, or partial completion of work) may be offered.
•Labour Rate:
Labour performed by the George Auto team will be charged at a flat rate of $97 per hour, plus GST. The prize credit will be applied toward all labour charges. If the cost of labour, parts, or services exceeds the credit amount, the winner is responsible for paying any outstanding balance prior to collection or completion of the vehicle.
•Workshop Queue and Scheduling:
All work will be scheduled at George Auto’s discretion, subject to existing workshop commitments and reasonable timelines. Estimated timeframes for completion will be provided, but delays may occur due to supply chain issues, staffing, or unforeseen technical complications.
•Content Creation and Publicity:
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their vehicle and any works performed may be filmed, photographed, and featured on the George Auto YouTube channel, social media, and related promotional material. The winner must make their car available for filming and participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by George Auto.

•Storage:
Storage of the winner’s vehicle at George Auto’s premises is included for the duration of agreed works, but additional storage fees may apply if a vehicle is left uncollected beyond 14 days after completion.
•Insurance:
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is insured for transport, storage, and while at George Auto’s facility.
•Force Majeure:
George Auto is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, supply chain disruptions).
•George Auto reserves the right to refuse to supply any parts or services not consistent with the quality, scope, or legality of work usually performed by George Auto.
•The winner must notify George Auto of their intention to use the credit within 30 days of being notified of their win. If no contact is made within 90 days, the prize may be forfeited at George Auto’s discretion.
•George Auto reserves the right to refuse to apply credit toward vehicles not owned by the winner or for work not performed in accordance with George Auto’s standards.
•If the winner chooses to use the credit for the purchase of a car, this will be arranged as per George Auto’s vehicle purchase agreement and subject to available stock at the time.
•Prize cannot be used for non-Ford/Holden makes, motorcycles, boats, or for work unrelated to Ford/Holden products.
7. Publicity & Promotional Use
•The winner agrees to allow George Auto to document (via photos/video) any work or purchases completed using the credit and to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes across all media, with no further payment.
8. Winner Selection & Trade Promotion Details
•Winner will be selected randomly using a third-party software (RandomPicker) and announced live on Youtube (George Auto)
•Permit Number: TP/04796
•The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
•George Auto accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of the Promotion, the prize, or the use of the credit, except as required by law.
•If the prize or a part of the prize is unavailable, George Auto reserves the right to substitute the prize or part with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Privacy
•Entrant details are managed in accordance with George Auto’s privacy policy
11. Changes, Cancellation, and Legal
•George Auto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to regulatory approval and without notice.
•Terms may be updated for compliance, or to improve or increase the prize.
•All disputes will be handled under Victorian consumer law.
