2. Promotion Timeline & Draw Trigger
•Entries open: 14th October 2025
•Entry cap: Strictly 1,000 entrants max (once reached, entries close)
•Once 1,000 entrants are confirmed, the official draw date will be announced
•the draw will automatically take place on Wednesday 3rd of December 2025 at 9:30PM AEST, live on the George Auto YouTube Channel.

3. Eligibility
•Open to Australian residents aged 18+
•Eligible states: VIC, NSW, QLD, NT, TAS
•Residents of SA & ACT are excluded due to licensing restrictions
•Employees or direct family members of George Auto are not eligible

4. How to Enter
•To enter, you must purchase a George Auto Merchandise via www.georgeauto.com.au
•Each merchandise pack includes free promotional entries into the draw
•The more merchandise you buy, the more entries you receive see website for more details
•Available merchandise entry values are clearly displayed on the website and can change at any time without notice, however once you have purchased entries they are final, all details will be sent to you on your receipt. There will be no refunds at all
•Only purchases confirmed through the website checkout system count as valid entries
•Entrants may purchase multiple merchandise packs to increase their chances until the 1,000 entrant cap is reached, after payment is made other offers may be presented to you also.
•Once the 1,000 entrant cap is reached, entries close immediately even if payment is made after that time

5. Prize – $10,000 Credit
•$10,000 credit can be used for Ford or Holden builds, parts, vehicle purchase, restoration or performance upgrades
– We will work with you to get the best quotes and help with the process.
– All work to be carried out must be by a legitimate workshop if not by and approved invoices supplied by workshops
– if GST is charged that will be included in the credit amount.
– Sometimes due to parts being hard to we cannot promise that every wish of modifications can happen. It will be subject to parts, workshop availability and delays can happen from time to time.
•Labour, paint, fabrication, transport and partner workshop services are included
•Can be used across multiple tasks on one build, subject to scheduling and approval
•Not redeemable for cash
•Credit usage, the credit will be available for use on January 31st 2026, planning and organising quotes to for the work to be done can be carried out before this date.

6. Workshop, Labour & Parts Conditions
•Parts availability may vary due to age/rarity of Aussie vehicles – will attempt to source or offer alternatives
•Any additional work exceeding the $10,000 credit can be added to by the winner but must be agreed upon before the work is carried out and must be paid by the winner before vehicle release

7. Transport, Storage & Insurance
•Credit can be used toward vehicle transport if arranged through via us.
•Vehicle storage is covered during active booked work
•Vehicles left longer than 14 days after completion may incur a storage fee
•Winner is responsible for their own insurance for transport and workshop time

8. Media & Filming Consent
•By entering, you agree that your vehicle, build process, and name may be featured on George Auto YouTube, social media, and promotional content
•Behind-the-scenes and restoration footage will be filmed during the process and by entering you agree to this.

9. Winner Selection
•Draw will be live on the George Auto YouTube Channel
•Conducted using RandomPicker software for transparency
•The winner will be notified via phone call and announced publicly
